The VIP Luxe Experience gives us more time to build a complete fashion story with multiple looks, glam adjustments, and behind-the-scenes content. It includes 90 minutes of photography within a minimum 2-hour appointment. Hairstyling, makeup, and wardrobe preparation require additional scheduled time; elaborate looks may require a longer appointment.

Session investment: $750
Exact shoot date, studio/location, wardrobe availability, and glam timing are confirmed with the client before the session. Fully custom productions, specialty locations, elaborate sets, custom garments, additional talent, and expanded video production are quoted separately.
Neon Kisses glam scheduling policy: Adding professional hairstyling OR professional makeup individually requires a minimum 2-hour total appointment, even when only one service is selected. The appointment includes preparation and photography; it is not two hours of camera time.
Most Neon Kisses pieces are made to order. Estimated delivery dates are shown above the Add to Cart button and are provided as estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Standard orders typically arrive within approximately 10–14 business days from order placement, while Express orders typically arrive within approximately 5–7 business days.
All shipments include tracking and shipping insurance. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service selected.

Size exchanges may be considered only with prior authorization and are limited to an unworn item being exchanged for a larger or smaller size of the same item.
Items containing custom or personalized elements—including painted details, glued embellishments, names, numbers, or personalized text—are not eligible for size exchanges.
Any item approved for exchange must be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Exchanges are subject to approval and size availability, and Neon Kisses reserves the right to deny an exchange when the requested replacement size is unavailable.
If an approved exchange involves a different item of equal or lesser value, a 30% restocking fee may apply to the value of the original item.
