Shipping & Delivery Policy
Neon Kisses Inc. ships throughout the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to Canada, Mexico, and select international destinations available at checkout.
Many Neon Kisses pieces are made-to-order or personalized. Please review the estimated delivery timeframe for your order before purchasing.
U.S. Orders
Domestic orders are fulfilled according to the shipping option selected at checkout.
Express: approximately 5–7 business days from order placement
Standard: approximately 10–14 business days from order placement
Express service is available at an additional cost.
These timeframes include the normal production, processing, and delivery period for your order. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends and major holidays are not considered business days.
High order volume, custom production requirements, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.
If your order is needed for a birthday, photoshoot, performance, vacation, or other specific event, we strongly recommend ordering with additional time whenever possible.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Many Neon Kisses designs are produced specifically for each customer. Personalized and made-to-order pieces follow the estimated timeframe associated with the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please double-check names, numbers, sizing, colors, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes may not always be possible.
International Orders
International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout.
International orders generally require approximately 7 business days for processing, after which transit time varies based on the destination and shipping method selected.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees assessed by their destination country unless those charges are specifically collected at checkout.
Tracking & Shipping Insurance
All Neon Kisses shipments include tracking and shipping insurance.
Tracking information is sent once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.
If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Neon Kisses is not limited to shipping to the billing address.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Some orders may require additional verification before shipment for fraud-prevention and security purposes.
Carrier Delays
Once a package is in transit, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of Neon Kisses Inc.'s control, including carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.
Estimated delivery windows are provided as guidance and should not be interpreted as guaranteed arrival dates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Because all shipments include tracking and insurance, please contact Neon Kisses promptly if:
- your package appears lost in transit,
- tracking indicates a delivery problem, or
- your package arrives damaged.
We will review the shipment information and assist with the appropriate carrier or insurance process when applicable.
Neon Kisses Closet Orders
Neon Kisses Closet rentals follow a separate fulfillment process from made-to-order purchases.
Closet inventory is already produced and can generally be prepared more quickly than a custom Neon Kisses order. However, Closet membership does not include guaranteed overnight or next-day delivery.
Members should allow sufficient time between selecting a Closet look and the date it will be worn. Processing and delivery times may vary based on inventory availability, destination, order volume, weekends, holidays, and carrier conditions.
Closet-specific shipping, return, credit, late-return, and membership terms are governed by the Neon Kisses Closet Membership & Rental Policy.
