Shared Shoot Day, Not a Private Session
Your one-hour experience takes place during a designated shared Member Shoot Day. Styling, individual photo time, and group content are part of that experience; this is not one hour of exclusive photographer or studio access. Private photo-shoot packages and premium upgrades are separate.
Glam upgrades: Professional hairstyling and makeup are not included in the complimentary 1-hour member shoot. Either service requires a separate minimum 2-hour booking, subject to availability and quoted separately.
How to Reserve
Request your member shoot using the email address associated with your Closet membership. Neon Kisses will verify your six-month active paid membership reward eligibility before confirming an available Member Shoot Day and arrival time. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Shoot dates, arrival times, and studio details are provided with your confirmed reservation. Please do not attend without confirmation.
Six-Month Membership Reward
One complimentary shared member shoot is awarded after every six months of active paid membership, not every month. Unused shoot rewards do not roll over to the next six-month reward period. This reservation does not purchase, renew, or change your Closet membership.
Most Neon Kisses pieces are made to order. Estimated delivery dates are shown above the Add to Cart button and are provided as estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Standard orders typically arrive within approximately 10–14 business days from order placement, while Express orders typically arrive within approximately 5–7 business days.
All shipments include tracking and shipping insurance. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service selected.

Size exchanges may be considered only with prior authorization and are limited to an unworn item being exchanged for a larger or smaller size of the same item.
Items containing custom or personalized elements—including painted details, glued embellishments, names, numbers, or personalized text—are not eligible for size exchanges.
Any item approved for exchange must be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Exchanges are subject to approval and size availability, and Neon Kisses reserves the right to deny an exchange when the requested replacement size is unavailable.
If an approved exchange involves a different item of equal or lesser value, a 30% restocking fee may apply to the value of the original item.
