If no fault is found in Neon Kisses manufacturing process, Neon Kisses retains the right to deny any exchange or repair. Custom items are made to order, and made according to the buyers specific needs and can also be defined as any item that is painted or requires special request/labor. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost incurred when exchanging items. Customer will pay to ship item to Neon Kisses and pay for Neon Kisses to ship item back.
