There are no refunds; and only with prior authorization we will exchange unworn items for a bigger or smaller size only. If item contains custom elements such as paint or glue or personalized names or text, there are no exchanges for size differences. All items to be considered for exchanges must be returned within 5 days after confirmed delivery.
In the event that you order an item and a bigger size is not available for size exchange, we reserve the right to deny an exchange. If we grant you an exchange of original item for a different item that is of equal or lesser value, then a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the price of the original item reducing it's value by 30%.
If an item is received defective we will exchange item for the same item or repair the defective item. If no fault is found in Neon Kisses manufacturing process, Neon Kisses retains the right to deny any exchange or repair. All sales are final, and there is no exchanges for any custom clothing, sneakers, accessories or any item considered custom. Custom items are made to order, and made according to the buyers specific needs and can also be defined as any item that is painted or requires special request/labor. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost incurred when exchanging items. Customer will pay to ship item to Neon Kisses and pay for Neon Kisses to ship item back.
