Most Neon Kisses pieces are made to order. Estimated delivery dates are shown above the Add to Cart button and are provided as estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard orders typically arrive within approximately 10–14 business days from order placement, while Express orders typically arrive within approximately 5–7 business days.

All shipments include tracking and shipping insurance. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order ships. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service selected.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Size exchanges may be considered only with prior authorization and are limited to an unworn item being exchanged for a larger or smaller size of the same item.

Items containing custom or personalized elements—including painted details, glued embellishments, names, numbers, or personalized text—are not eligible for size exchanges.

Any item approved for exchange must be returned within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Exchanges are subject to approval and size availability, and Neon Kisses reserves the right to deny an exchange when the requested replacement size is unavailable.

If an approved exchange involves a different item of equal or lesser value, a 30% restocking fee may apply to the value of the original item.
