There are no refunds; and only with prior authorization we will exchange unworn items for a bigger or smaller size only. If item contains custom elements such as paint or glue or personalized names or text, there are no exchanges for size differences. All items to be considered for exchanges must be returned within 5 days after confirmed delivery.In the event that you order an item and a bigger size is not available for size exchange, we reserve the right to deny an exchange.
