There are no refunds; and only with prior authorization we will exchange unworn items for a bigger or smaller size only. If item contains custom elements such as paint or glue or personalized names or text, there are no exchanges for size differences. Custom items are made to order, and made according to the buyers specific needs and can also be defined as any item that is painted or requires special request/labor.
