My Daughter LOVED her dress however that is the only positive thing I have to say! The customer service that I received however will prevent me from any further purchases. On May 15th I placed an order for a dress and a pair of socks after reviewing the delivery times I emailed the company on 5/29 to request to expedite the shipping and pay whatever additional costs. I received a reply back asking when the item was needed I replied but I never heard back from the company. On June 10th I received an email with a tracking number however I noticed the address had been changed to my billing address when I reached out to bring the error to the attention of the company I received a reply stating that the company was unable to ship to any other address besides the billing address however nowhere in their terms and conditions as of 5/15 did it state that, I also stated that had there been a discrepancy with addressing why was I not contacted and why was that not stated on their site, I was then provided a SECOND tracking number so I sent another email asking had the issue with the address been corrected to my surprise I was greeted with a disgusting email accusing me of attempting to manipulate their system and changed the addresses I literally had to laugh Im a law enforcement official who happens to own a clothing boutique “not a computer geek” that uses the SAME web site host platform and there is absolutely no way I could’ve manipulated their system. I was also told there was no explanation for an exception to their non existent policy! On this same date I also took the extra step to screen record their terms and conditions and ask if they could explain to me where it was noted that your mailing and your billing address had to match of course I received no response. As of June if you go on their website it has been updated to where the address does not allow you to enter a separate billing address and a shipping address I was inexplicably disgusted with the customer service that I received as a customer by a business that changed their checkout procedure a month after I ordered however was forced to be penalized by a policy that was NOT in effect when I made my purchase! I ended up leaving work stalking the mailman to retrieve my item thank goodness the post office had some decency and common courtesy! I hope that whomever is in charge realizes that every customer counts and maybe before being so quick to be confrontational they actually work with trying to resolve the issue, without us there would be no YOU!
